We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Christiane Heinold as Head of Group Human Resources. In her role, Christiane will report to TAKRAF Group CFO Massimo Valsecchi and will also oversee Human Resources for TAKRAF GmbH.
With nearly 25 years of experience in labor law and human resources, including over 20 years in leadership positions, Christiane brings a wealth of expertise to the organization. Her career spans industries including shipbuilding, agricultural machinery, consumer manufacturing, renewable energy and education. She has worked with renowned companies such as Meyer Werft, Fendt (AGCO Corporation) and Ørsted, as well as Germany’s oldest bicycle manufacturer, Diamant.
